Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Dust the surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 – 0.7 cm.
Step 2:
Using a template, cut out circles, place them on a baking sheet lined with paper, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes, fry until done, add salt, pepper and cool in a bowl.
Step 4:
Cut the boiled carrots into the same small cubes and add them to the bowl with the mushrooms.
Step 5:
Finely chop the dill and add to the bowl. Stir.
Step 6:
Add cream cheese and stir.
Step 7:
Break the mini buns in half, fill one half with filling and cover with the other.
Cooking tips
Fry the mushrooms and onions gently, stirring occasionally to prevent them from burning. The carrots shouldn't be tough, but they shouldn't be overcooked to the point of becoming mushy.
