Cooking tips
When frying potatoes, stir them at least every 3 minutes. Without stirring, the potatoes will begin to brown and lose their flavor. If you stir them constantly, they will partially fall apart because they won't have a crust to hold their shape. The potatoes don't necessarily need to be cut into large pieces. Everyone has their own preference, so if you like your potatoes finely chopped, cut them smaller and cook them that way.
