Finely chop the salted or pickled cucumbers and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Boil and finely chop the chicken breast, add to the cucumbers.
Step 3:
Cut the boiled carrots into quarters and add to the bowl.

Boil and peel the eggs, cut them in half, set the yolks aside in a clean bowl, and cut the whites into strips and add them to the bowl with the salad.
Step 5:
Salt the yolks and mash with a fork.
Step 6:
Add olive oil, sour cream and Dijon mustard to the yolks.
Step 7:
Finely chop the dill and add to the yolks. Mix thoroughly.
Step 8:
Add the prepared sauce to the salad and mix gently.
Cooking tips
There is no need to add coarse dill stems to the sauce; remove them before chopping the herbs.
It's best to mix the salad with two spoons, as this will give it a more even consistency and prevent it from turning into mush.
The salad is great, I made it for New Year's, everyone liked it.
