Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Peel the kiwi. Cut the kiwi into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2:
Remove the pits from the nectarines and cut the nectarines into pieces the same size as the kiwi.
Step 3:
Remove the pits from the plums and cut the plums into pieces the same size as the rest of the fruit.
Step 4:
Peel the banana and cut into pieces as before.
Step 5:
Place the fruits in glasses.

Pour water into a saucepan and heat to about 60 degrees Celsius. Add sugar, citric acid, and gelatin.

Place the glasses with jelly in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Cooking tips
It is best to let the jelly set longer; 3 hours may not be enough.
If you don't like the sour taste of the jelly, you can add the juice of any fruit you prefer instead of citric acid; this will make the jelly tastier.
