Everyone's used to canapés on skewers, but after a meal, they often end up in the trash. Prepare this unique and simple appetizer of ground chicken in batter on crispy sticks that you can eat without leaving anything.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the peeled onion and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Place the minced chicken in a bowl and add the grated onion and garlic mixture.
Step 3:
Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Stir.
Step 4:
Pour kefir into a bowl, add salt and baking soda. Whisk lightly with a spatula.
Step 5:
Add flour, mix and knead the dough with your hand until smooth.
Step 6:
Using a template, cut out circles with a diameter of 7.5 cm.
Step 7:
Place a stick of crispy straw on each circle.
Step 8:
Place a portion of minced meat in the center on top of the straw.
Step 9:
Stretch the dough a little and press it over the minced meat and straws.
Step 10:
Cut in half and dip each half in egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 11:
Fry on both sides in a frying pan and place on paper towels.
Step 12:
Place the fried triangles on a plate.
Cooking tips
It is better to chop the onion coarsely before placing it in the blender.
Seal the bottom part of the triangles a little and make them flat.
