Fondue Chinois
Origin of the recipe
Fondue chinois means "Chinese fondue" and is reminiscent of Asian dishes served raw. Unlike traditional fondue, where pieces of vegetables or fruit are dipped in melted cheese or chocolate, the main ingredient in fondue chinois is thinly sliced meat, quickly cooked in a simmering broth. This dish brings the whole family together around the festive table and enjoys pleasant conversation.

Cooking tips
Keep pieces - especially meat slices - small so they cook quickly.
Use a fork to pierce the chicken slices while they are folded, this makes it much easier.
If you don't want to hold a fork in your hand all the time, leave it in the fondue pot for a while.
