Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Rinse the lentils and boil until done.
Step 2:
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Step 3:
Grease a frying pan with oil and fry the mushrooms.
Step 4:
Finely chop the garlic, add to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5:
Combine lentils and fried mushrooms in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
