Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil the beef. Cut the red onion into half rings.
Step 2:
Place the onion in a small bowl. Pour water and vinegar over the onion. Stir.
Step 3:
Cut the boiled beef into thin sticks.
Step 4:
Chop the cilantro and chop the nuts.
Step 5:
Remove the seeds from the peppers. Cut the bell peppers into wedges.
Step 6:
Remove the seeds from the hot pepper. Cut the hot pepper into very thin strips.
Step 7:
Remove the beans from the jar and rinse.
Step 8:
Place beans, beef, bell pepper, hot pepper, nuts, onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
Step 9:
Finely chop the garlic or use a garlic press.
Step 10:
Add garlic, black pepper, khmeli-suneli, salt, vinegar, vegetable oil and stir.
Cooking tips
It is better to lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan before adding them to the salad.
It is better to cut the ingredients equally thinly so that they can all fit on one fork.
