Chocolate cake in a frying pan

Almost every home has an oven. But if it's busy or not working, that doesn't mean your family or guests should be left without a delicious teatime treat. Bake this small and easy chocolate sponge cake with chocolate cream in a simple frying pan with a lid.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
Step 2:
Add sugar, salt and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3:
Add vegetable oil and beat again with a mixer.
Step 4:
Add milk and beat again.
Step 5:
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into a bowl. Mix with a whisk, beat with a mixer, and mix again with a spatula.
Step 6:
Line a frying pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.
Step 7:
Cover and bake on the lowest heat for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove the pan from the heat, cover the sponge with baking paper and turn it out onto a plate.
Step 9:
Return the cake to the pan, bottom side up, and remove the paper.
Step 10:
Cover the pan with a lid and bake on the lowest heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 11:
Finely chop the dark chocolate, place it in a bowl, pour in the milk and heat until the chocolate melts.
Step 12:
Make frequent pricks in the sponge cake with a wooden skewer, pour in the chocolate-milk mixture, cover with a lid and let cool completely.
Step 13:
Pour heavy cream into a bowl, add sugar and cocoa powder. Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 14:
Spread the sponge cake with cream, cut and serve.
Cooking tips
A frying pan with a diameter of 22 cm is suitable for the pie.
It is better to use a solid lid for the frying pan or plug the steam hole with a napkin.
