Cooking tips

It is better to sift the dry ingredients into a bowl through a sieve.

For this cake you will need gingerbread spice mix.

Use butter, milk and eggs at room temperature.

To cut out marzipan circles, you can use a mold or an adjustable cake ring as a template. Use a mold with a diameter of 20 cm.

Keep any marzipan you are not currently working with covered to prevent it from drying out.

The indentation at the top of the cake is necessary to ensure a level surface after rising in the oven. If it does end up domed, trim it before inverting the cake.

At the final stage, watch the process carefully, otherwise the marzipan may quickly burn.

I look at the names - and everything is not ours, not typical for the people of our country... everything is for weight gain... I've tried a lot in 76 years of baked goods, desserts..., but there is nothing better and tastier than traditional food! From fresh ingredients, high-quality, natural, lovingly prepared, genetically suitable, loved by everyone... There may be some special features, culinary imagination, creativity... But eating all sorts of non-food... Disrespecting yourself and your internal organs... Order delivery..., people, your laziness is a way to shorten your time on Earth... Ah, if only you knew the composition of "food", many would think twice, be horrified... I wish everyone health and knowledge about yourselves, your loved ones... It's so sad to look at the selection in baskets at supermarkets, and there is a completely different selection there...
