Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add sugar and stir with a spatula.
Step 3:
Add coconut flakes. Stir.
Step 4:
Form balls from the resulting mass and put them in the refrigerator.
Step 5:
Break 3 eggs into a clean bowl.
Step 6:
Add sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy white mass.
Step 7:
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the mixture. Mix with a spatula.
Step 8:
Grease a baking pan with butter, sprinkle with cocoa and pour in the dough.
Step 9:
Place the curd-coconut balls into the pan, immersing them in the mixture.
Step 10:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 11:
Place powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 12:
Cover the cake with chocolate cream and sprinkle coconut around the edge.
Step 13:
Roll the remaining 7 curd balls in coconut flakes and decorate the cake with them.
Cooking tips
Take a round cake pan with a diameter of 23 cm.
The pan should be greased with butter and sprinkled with cocoa to prevent the cake from sticking to it.
