Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place chicken drumsticks in a saucepan.
Step 2:
Cut the carrots into thick rings and place them in a saucepan.
Step 3:
Cut the onion in half and each half into quarters and add to the pan.
Step 4:
Add bay leaf to the pan, pour in water, cover the pan with a lid and put on the fire.
Step 5:
Bring to a boil, skim off any excess, cover and cook until the meat and vegetables are cooked through.
Step 6:
Remove the pan from the heat and place the legs on a plate.
Step 7:
Pour the broth into a bowl through a sieve.
Step 8:
Pour vegetable oil into a clean saucepan, melt 30 g of butter.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add to the pan and fry a little, stirring.

Cut two onions into half rings, add to the pan and lightly fry, stirring.
