Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Set the yolks aside.
Step 2:
Beat the whites with a whisk or mixer until foamy.
Step 3:
Cut the pollock fillet into medium pieces.
Step 4:
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 5:
Place the pollock fillet, onion, egg yolks, cream, spices and squeeze of lemon juice into a bowl.
Step 6:
Using a blender, grind the contents of the bowl with the fish until it becomes a paste.
Step 7:
Finely chop the dill and add to the fish paste.
Step 8:
Pour the whites over the fish paste and stir.
Step 9:
Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the resulting mixture into it.
Step 10:
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
