Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Step 2:
Salt, pepper and rub with your hands.
Step 3:
Place the chicken in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat, then remove from the pan.

Finely chop the onion and add to the pan.
Step 5:
Chop the garlic, add it to the pan and fry for a little while.

Add sour cream, stir and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
