Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Rinse and dry the chicken, rub it with the seasoning mixture, salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Place garlic cloves, sliced red onion, and folded green onions inside. Let it soak for 2 hours.
Step 3:
Place honey in a bowl, add white vinegar, mix well.
Step 4:
Brush the chicken with the honey mixture and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 175 degrees.
Step 5:
Cut the dried chili pepper into pieces.
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add chopped garlic, fry until golden brown and remove with a sieve.
Step 7:
Place the fried garlic in a dry frying pan, add the white sesame seeds, chopped chili, and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper and fry, stirring.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the chicken with the prepared mixture and serve.
Cooking tips
Mix honey and vinegar until completely smooth.
Dried chili peppers are best cut with sharp scissors.
Do not overcook the garlic and other spices, otherwise their flavor will be spoiled.
