Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Peel and dice 3 medium potatoes and place in a bowl.
Step 2:
Season with salt and pepper, add crushed garlic, oregano, and 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil. Stir.
Step 3:
Place potatoes in the air fryer and fry for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4:
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and lightly fry, stirring.
Step 5:
Add the chicken meat, cut into small pieces, and fry, stirring, until it turns white.
Step 6:
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Step 7:
Add chopped green chillies and stir.
Step 8:
Add salt, ground chili, black pepper, cumin powder, paprika, oregano and stir.
Step 9:
Add tomato paste and stir.
Step 10:
Add milk and heavy cream, mix thoroughly and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 11:
Add cilantro, stir and turn off heat.
Step 12:
Place the fried potatoes in a baking dish and spread the contents of the pan on top.
Step 13:
Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the entire surface and add oregano.
Step 14:
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 15:
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
