Sift flour into a bowl.
Step 2:
Make a well in the flour, pour in two eggs, add salt and beat the eggs and salt with a fork.
Step 3:
Add vegetable oil and gradually mix flour into the eggs.
Step 4:
Dust the surface with flour and knead into a stiff dough.
Step 5:
Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30-40 minutes. Lightly punch down the dough, divide it into two parts, and let it rest in the bag for another 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Roll out the first part of the dough until it is translucent – about 1 mm thick – and let it dry while you roll out the second half.
Step 7:
Divide the dried dough into strips, stack them and cut into noodles.
Cooking tips
For noodles, it is better to use a thin rolling pin and roll the dough onto it while rolling.
It is convenient to cut the dough into strips by rolling it around a rolling pin and running a knife along it.
