Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the oyster sauce in a small bowl, add salt, sesame oil, dark and regular soy sauce, and water. Mix well.
Step 2:
Place the noodles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Rinse the noodles in cold water.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into the wok and heat it up.
Step 5:
Chop the shallots, add and fry.
Step 6:
Chop the garlic and add to the onion, fry.
Step 7:
Cut the beef into strips, add to the wok and fry until it changes color.
Step 8:
Add diced fish cakes and fry.
Step 9:
Add the sauce and noodles, chopped chom sum leaves and stir.
Step 10:
Fry until the liquid evaporates. The noodles are ready!
Cooking tips
For this dish you should take long rice noodles.
Chom sum cabbage can be replaced with Chinese or Savoy cabbage.
