Pizza is considered a "bad" fast food, but you don't have to give it up if you've decided to avoid flour. Flourless pizza with a cheese crust is especially suitable for those on a keto diet and those with gluten intolerance. Experiment with your favorite toppings and enjoy a tender, filling, hot pizza!
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the tomato paste in a saucepan, add water, vegetable oil, salt, sweetener, and black pepper. Stir.
Step 2:
Cook for 3 minutes over low heat.
Step 3:
Grate mozzarella into a bowl, add sour cream and microwave for 2-3 minutes, removing and stirring occasionally.
Step 4:
In a clean bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, and baking powder. Stir.
Step 5:
Add the egg and mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Remove the cheese from the microwave and add the almond mixture. Stir with a spoon while hot, then knead with your hands.
Step 7:
Divide the dough into two parts.
Step 8:
Place half of the dough on parchment paper, roll it out and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 9:
Spread the pizza crust with sauce and top with the ham, sliced mushrooms, julienned bell peppers, and olives. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Step 10:
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 11:
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Cooking tips
Don't be afraid to roll out the dough thinly - it won't tear.
The pizza base can be carefully trimmed using a ring.
You can choose any filling you like – according to your taste.
