Step 1:
In a bowl, combine gelatin and 2/3 cup cold water. Let the gelatin soak for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Peel the bananas and tangerines. Cut the bananas, tangerines, pineapples, and apples into small cubes.
Step 3:
Place the sour cream in a bowl. Mix the sour cream with the sugar.
Step 4:
Heat water with gelatin until gelatin dissolves.
Step 5:
Add warm water and gelatin to the bowl with sour cream. Mix the sour cream and water.
Step 6:
Place all the fruit in a large bowl and pour the sour cream mixture over it.
Step 7:
Transfer the fruit salad to small containers.
Step 8:
Place the salad bowls in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Cooking tips
To avoid spoiling the consistency, it is also better to peel the apples.
It's best to chill the jelly for more than 3 hours. This will ensure it hardens, especially if the salad containers are large.
