Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Take a regular plastic cylindrical liter bottle and cut off the top.
Step 2:
Pour half a liter of milk into a ladle, add 5 grams of erythritol sweetener and 8 grams of agar-agar.
Step 3:
Place the ladle over low heat and stir with a whisk; after boiling, remove from heat.
Step 4:
Add 300 grams of sour cream, a pinch of vanillin, mix.
Step 5:
Peel the tangerines.
Step 6:
Pour some of the milk mixture into the bottom of the bottle and place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the mixture to set.
Step 7:
Thread the peeled tangerines onto a chopstick and insert it into the mixture at the bottom.
Step 8:
Pour the remaining milk mixture into the bottle around the tangerines and place in the refrigerator until it hardens.
Step 9:
Remove the stick from the dessert and carefully shake it out of the bottle.
Step 10:
Cut the dessert into rings and serve.
Cooking tips
Peel the tangerines thoroughly, removing all the white fibers, especially from the middle – this will make them tastier and more beautiful.
Only seedless tangerines are suitable for dessert.
It is better to fix the stick with tangerines strung on it in the refrigerator strictly vertically to achieve symmetry.
