Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place 2 tablespoons of instant coffee into a bowl.
Step 2:
Add a little cream and whisk.
Step 3:
Add powdered sugar and remaining cream, mix with a whisk.
Step 4:
Using a mixer, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.
Step 5:
Place the dessert into shallow glasses and smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 6:
Sprinkle cocoa on top and serve.
Cooking tips
For dessert, it’s better to use good instant coffee, freeze-dried, in large, light granules, as its taste is brighter.
All ingredients for the dessert must be cold.
Try to pack the dessert into the glasses tightly enough.
Instead of cocoa, you can decorate the dessert with ground nuts or any other toppings to taste.
