Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes, place them in a pan of water and cook until done.

Drain the water and place the pan back on the stove to evaporate the moisture.
Step 3:
Mash the potatoes with a masher and add salt.

While continuing to knead, add melted butter.
Step 5:
Pour in the warmed cream or milk and mix thoroughly.
Cooking tips
If the potatoes are large, cut them into pieces so they cook faster.
Don't add salt to the water when boiling potatoes - they will turn out more crumbly.
Be careful that the potatoes do not burn without water.
At the last stage, mash the potatoes using whisking movements to make the puree more airy.
