Bramble Cocktail
Origin of the recipe
Bramble means blackberry in English. This berry pairs beautifully with the juniper aroma of gin, creating a wonderful "forest" duet, while the tartness of lime balances the berry sweetness. This one of the most popular cocktails in England was created in the late 19th century as an improvement on an old recipe that featured raspberries and lemon juice. The new version was less cloying and quickly gained popularity.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Fill the glass with crushed ice from a blender.
Step 2:
Add gin, simple syrup, lime juice and a few ice cubes to a shaker.
Step 3:
Mix the contents of the shaker by shaking it until the contents are completely mixed.
Step 4:
Pour the cocktail into a glass with ice.
Step 5:
Add blackberry liqueur to the glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
Cooking tips
The ice in the glass should be larger than the snow, otherwise the snow will melt too quickly. Therefore, when crushing the ice in the blender, be careful not to overdo it.
After adding the liqueur to the glass, do not stir. Allow the liqueur to gently impart color and texture to the drink, making the cocktail more appealing when served.
