Pina Colada alcoholic cocktail
Origin of the recipe
This cocktail is actually called a Piña Colada—"strained pineapple"—as it originally contained freshly squeezed and strained pineapple juice, but a different, slightly misleading name became popular. This cocktail of pineapple juice, coconut syrup, and rum is considered the national drink of Puerto Rico.
