Blue Margarita cocktail
Origin of the recipe
This drink is a variation of the classic Margarita cocktail. According to one version, it was first mixed by a certain Margarita Sames at a reception in Acapulco in 1948. The owner of the Hilton Hotel chain loved the cocktail so much that he added it to the bar list of his hotels worldwide. The classic Margarita, in addition to tequila, also includes Cointreau. We offer a variation with the vibrant and sophisticated Blue Curacao liqueur.

Cooking tips
When pouring ice into a shaker, it is best to drain the accumulated water beforehand, so that the cocktail will be less diluted by the water from the melted ice.
Do not shake the shaker for more than 1 minute, otherwise all the ice will melt and you will get a diluted drink.
