Basil Punch Cocktail
Origin of the recipe
Basil is a fragrant herb that's perfect not only for hot dishes and salads but also makes a wonderful addition to cocktails. The "Basil Punch" has appeared on bar menus relatively recently, invented in 2008 by Hamburg bartender Jörg Meyer. This cocktail is quite strong, but not overpowering, and suits a slightly flamboyant spirit. Its color can range from greenish to bright green.
