Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour 20 ml of Blue Curacao liqueur into a shot glass.
Step 2:
Place the disc-shaped part of a bar spoon on the top layer of liqueur.
Step 3:
Pour the almond liqueur into the shot glass, using a bar pourer to direct it onto a spoon.
Step 4:
Lift the disc of a spoon onto the surface of the almond liqueur layer.
Step 5:
Pour the cream liqueur over the top layer, spoonful at a time.
Cooking tips
For minimal mixing of the layers of the shot, it is best to apply the dispenser outlet directly to the spoon.
It's best to use tall shot glasses, as this will make it easier to layer and the result will look more aesthetically pleasing.
