Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil water in a saucepan and add salt.
Step 2:
Divide the broccoli into small florets and place in boiling water.
Step 3:
Blanch the cabbage for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Place the cabbage in a sieve and rinse with cold water.
Step 5:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and rice syrup.
Step 6:
Add toasted white sesame seeds to the bowl with the sauce and stir.
Step 7:
Place the cabbage in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Stir.

For beauty, sprinkle the cabbage with sesame seeds when serving.
This appetizer is quite unusual both in preparation and taste. To prevent the cabbage from becoming too tough, the florets should be small. However, if you chop them too small, the cabbage will overcook and lose its flavor and texture.
