Step-by-step recipe:
Step 1:
Dissolve salt in water.
Step 2:
Sift rice flour into a bowl through a fine sieve.
Step 3:
Add salted water to the flour in parts, stirring.
Step 4:
Place the wok on the fire.
Step 5:
Pour oil into the wok to a depth of about 1/2 cm.
Step 6:
Roll the dough into balls.
Step 7:
Place the balls in a wok and form them into small patties.
Step 8:
Fry the flatbreads on both sides until golden brown.
Cooking tips:
It is better to fry the flatbreads in small batches so that the oil does not cool down too much.
The dough for these flatbreads should be very elastic. This is a characteristic of rice flour, so don't try to make it too airy.
