Chicken breast is the best meat for those watching their figure or simply averse to heavy foods. It's also very healthy for children. Many consider chicken fillet too lean, but chicken breast cutlets can be incredibly juicy and literally melt in your mouth.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Soak a loaf of white bread in milk.
Step 2:
Put the chicken fillet, onion, and soaked bread through a meat grinder into one bowl.
Step 3:
Add salt, pepper and stir.
Step 4:
Grate frozen butter into the cutlet mixture. Stir.
Step 5:
Beat in the egg and mix well.
Step 6:
Cover the mixture with film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Wet your hands with cold water and form equal balls.
Step 8:
Roll the balls in flour and form into patties.
Step 9:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Cooking tips
The minced meat must be well combined before forming cutlets, otherwise they will fall apart.
Watch the cutlets while they are frying, do not let them burn.
