Pork cutlets are a great hearty dish, especially enjoyable during the colder months. Make these classic and incredibly simple cutlets, easy enough for even a novice cook.
Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the loaf in a deep bowl and cover with water.
Step 2:
Cut the pork into pieces and put it through a meat grinder.
Step 3:
Squeeze the white bread and put it through a meat grinder.
Step 4:
Cut the onion into four pieces and mince.
Step 5:
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix with your hand.
Step 6:
Gradually pour in the water while mixing. Divide the minced meat into portions and place them on a silicone mat.
Step 7:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Wet your hands, form patties between your palms, coat them in flour, and place them in the pan.
Step 8:
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Step 9:
Place the fried cutlets in a deep container with a lid, pour a finger of hot water into the bottom, add a bay leaf, cover with a lid, put on the fire and simmer for 20 minutes.

It is better to take a slightly stale loaf.
It is better to choose fatter pork for cutlets.
