Step-by-step recipe

Step 1:

Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater and place in a bowl.

Step 2:

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add to the crab sticks.

Step 3:

Add the egg, sour cream, and crushed garlic. Mix well.

Step 4:

Add flour and mix again.

Step 5:

Form patties weighing approximately 60 grams.

Step 6:

Prepare the breading ingredients: flour, a salted and beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Coat the cutlets successively in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Step 7:

Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat without a lid on both sides.

Step 8:

Place the finished cutlets on a paper towel.

Cooking tips

Any hard cheese will do for cutlets.

Form the patties with wet hands.

It is better to turn the cutlets over with two forks.

Paper towels are needed to remove excess oil.
