Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place the minced meat in a bowl.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
Step 3:
Add the egg, salt and pepper, mix with your hands and form patties.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry the cutlets twice on both sides.
Step 5:
Pour water into a saucepan and add the cauliflower, separated into florets.
Step 6:
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl.
Step 7:
Add butter, salt and blend with an immersion blender.
Step 8:
Serve the cutlets with mashed potatoes.
Cooking tips
It’s better to use mixed minced meat – the cutlets will be juicier.
