Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces 1.5-2 cm thick.

If you don’t have sour cream for batter, you can use milk, kefir or cream.
For frying chicken in batter, it is convenient to use a thick-walled frying pan or deep fryer.
To speed up frying, it is better to first coat the fillet pieces in flour or breadcrumbs, then immediately dip the meat into the mixture.
