Chicken breast with honey and garlic
Origin of the recipe
Meat or poultry in sweet and sour sauce is a staple of Asian, especially Chinese, cuisine. Soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar or natural honey are the main ingredients. Melted sugar, found in honey, mixed with flour and soy sauce, creates a delicious glaze on the surface of the meat.
