Place overlapping layers in the center of the foil.
Step 4:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces crosswise.
Step 5:
Take a piece of fillet, wrap it in film and beat it on both sides.
Step 6:
Season the beaten piece of fillet with pepper and salt on both sides and place on top of the potatoes.
Step 7:
Cut 100 grams of onion into half rings and place in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Grate the carrots coarsely and add to the pan. Fry, stirring.
Step 9:
Place a portion of fried carrots and onions on top of the chicken fillet.

Spread a little sour cream over the vegetables.
Step 11:
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and place it in a pile on top of the sour cream.
Step 12:
Wrap the foil around all sides and pinch the top.
Step 13:
Repeat all steps five more times. Place the prepared portions wrapped in foil on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Open the foil on top and return the baking sheet to the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 15:

Step 17:
Place 70g of yogurt in a small bowl, add 50g of mayonnaise, salt, crush in a press and add 2 cloves of garlic.

Finely chop 10 grams of dill, add to a bowl and stir.
Step 19:
Spread the sauce on the toasts.
Step 20:
Remove the casseroles from the foil and serve with toast.
Cooking tips
Choose fresh chicken breasts without spots, blood clots, mucus or unpleasant odors.
Try not to overcook the onions and carrots – this can ruin the whole taste.
You can also toast the bread in a toaster, but it won't be as flavorful as toast in garlic butter.
