Crispy chicken in a creamy garlic sauce with Parmesan
Origin of the recipe
This recipe is the perfect combination of the Italian passion for cheese and the French love of delicate sauces. Although the dish looks like it came straight from a restaurant, it can be made at home in 45 minutes. The crispy crust is achieved by pan-frying, and the creamy garlic sauce with Parmesan cheese makes the meat incredibly juicy and flavorful.

Cooking tips
For best crispiness, avoid moving the chicken too often while frying.
If the sauce seems too thin, increase the cooking time by a few minutes.
For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of thyme or rosemary.
To prevent the chicken from becoming dry, do not overcook it at the first stage.
Serve the dish immediately after cooking, while the sauce is hot and the Parmesan has not hardened.
Instead of parsley, you can use basil or cilantro.
For variety, make several options: with mushrooms or with vegetables.
These chicken thighs are perfect with rice or mashed potatoes.
