Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Divide the chicken wings into three pieces.
Step 2:
Place the wings in a pot of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
Place starch in a bowl, add wine and dark soy sauce, salt and mix.
Step 4:
Add the egg and stir.
Step 5:
Place the wings in the sauce, stir and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Step 6:
Pour oil into a wok, heat it up, roll the wings in starch and fry in oil for 3 minutes, then drain in a colander.
Step 7:
Cut the canned pears and bell peppers into pieces.
Step 8:
Peel a piece of ginger and chop finely.
Step 9:
Place sugar in a bowl, add rice vinegar, light soy sauce, tomato paste, and stir.
Step 10:
Add oil to the wok and lightly fry the ginger.
Step 11:
Add bell pepper and fry for one and a half minutes.
Step 12:
Add the pears and fry for another minute and a half.
Step 13:
Add the wings, pour in the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
