Step 5:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Step 6:
Place the wings in a clean bowl, coat them in cornstarch, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Cut fresh cucumbers into rings and place in a clean bowl.
Step 8:
Cut the salad onion into half rings and add to the bowl. Crush two cloves of garlic into the bowl.

Transfer the baked wings from the baking sheet to a clean bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings in the bowl. Mix well.
Step 12:
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 13:
Serve with the prepared salad.
Cooking tips
If you like spicy wings, you can add a little hot pepper to the marinade. But don't overdo it!
Don't forget to line the baking sheet with paper, otherwise the wings will stick to the bottom.
Don't cook the sauce for too long and remember to stir it, otherwise it will burn or become too thick.
