Chicken breast is a rather dry meat on its own, but this can be remedied by wrapping it in strips of bacon, which will add not only juiciness but also a pleasant aroma. Bacon-wrapped chicken shashlik can be easily cooked not only on the grill but also in the oven – it's sure to turn out tender, juicy, and delicious.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Cut the chicken fillet along the grain, unfold it like a book, sprinkle with seasonings and beat between two layers of film.
Step 2:
Place strips of bacon on top, cut strips of chicken along them and roll up.
Step 3:
Cut the rolls in half widthwise and thread them onto wooden skewers.
Step 4:
Mix vegetable oil, ketchup, soy sauce, khmeli-suneli, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 5:
Coat the kebabs with marinade on both sides and fry using any convenient method.
Cooking tips
Use a fairly thick film and a wooden mallet to avoid crushing the delicate fillet.
