Stuffed flatbread for breakfast

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour oil into the pan.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix eggs and salt.
Step 3:
Pour the eggs into the pan. Cook for 1 minute over low heat.
Step 4:
Place the flatbread on top of the runny eggs and press down lightly. Cook over low heat for another 2 minutes.
Step 5:
Turn the egg-covered flatbread over, dough side down. Place the ham on one half of the flatbread.
Step 6:
Spread Dijon mustard over the ham. Cut the pickled cucumber into long slices and arrange them on top of the ham.
Step 7:
Thinly slice the tomatoes and place them on top of the cucumber. Cover the cucumber and tomatoes with cheese slices.
Step 8:
Fold the other, empty half of the flatbread over the cheese.
Step 9:
Fry over medium heat for 1 minute on each side.
Cooking tips
You can either buy the flatbread or make it yourself, for which there are recipes on the website.
For variety, you can add any dry or dried filling to the eggs while they're cooking. It's important to ensure it's thoroughly heated through while cooking.
Don't put too much filling in the flatbread - it will be difficult to wrap and uncomfortable to eat.
