Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Pour warm water into a bowl, add sour cream, salt, egg, yeast, melted butter, sugar and mix.
Step 2:
Add flour and mix.
Step 3:
Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place under a lid for half an hour.
Step 4:
Combine chopped chicken breast, chopped pickled onion, parsley, and olive oil. Stir.
Step 5:
Dust the surface with flour and lightly knead the dough.
Step 6:
Sprinkle the dough with flour, flatten it and roll it out into a thin rectangular layer.
Step 7:
Cut about a third of the fringe layer into narrow strips, the number of which is a multiple of three.
Step 8:
Tie the fringe into braids.
Step 9:
Place the prepared filling on the free part of the dough.
Step 10:
Place tomato slices and sliced boiled eggs on top.
Step 11:
Place the coarsely grated cheese on top.
Step 12:
Roll the roll, pinching its ends.
Step 13:
Twist the braids onto the roll.
Step 14:
Place the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet with the decoration side up and brush the top with egg yolk.
Step 15:
Sprinkle sesame seeds between the braids of the pie.
Step 16:
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooking tips
Cut the fringe for braids as evenly and neatly as possible.
You can use your favorite hard type of cheese.
Roll the braids onto the roll so that they lie parallel.
