Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Beat two eggs into a bowl, add sugar and mix with a whisk.
Step 2:
Add vegetable oil, salt and vanilla extract. Stir.
Step 3:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it into a bowl through a sieve. Mix and knead the dough with your hands.
Step 4:
Separate a third of the dough and place it on a circle of paper.
Step 5:
Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out with a rolling pin into a circle with a diameter of 23-26 cm.
Step 6:
Place the dough along with the paper into a round silicone mold and smooth it out, creating small edges.
Step 7:
Place plum jam on the bottom and spread it evenly over the dough circle.
Step 8:
Cut the apples into slices and place them on top of the jam in two rows.
Step 9:
Fill the filling with small lumps of dough and fold the edges inward along with the paper.
Step 10:
Sprinkle the top of the pie with chopped walnuts.
Step 11:
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 12:
Dust the pie with powdered sugar and serve.
Cooking tips
Take a mold the same size as the dough circle – 23-26 cm.
You can use any other jam instead of plum jam.
