Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, peel, cut into small cubes and place in a saucepan.
Step 2:
Hard-boil the eggs, cool, peel, dice and add to the pan.
Step 3:
Boil the chicken fillet, cool, cut into cubes and add to the other ingredients.
Step 4:
Wash fresh cucumbers, cut into cubes and add to the pan.
Step 5:
Wash the green onions, chop finely and set aside in a plate for now.
Step 6:
Chop the washed dill with a knife and add to the onion.
Step 7:
Add mayonnaise to the pan and stir.
Step 8:
Add chilled mineral water and stir.
Step 9:
Dissolve the salt and citric acid in small containers and stir well. Add a few spoonfuls at a time, stir, and taste until you're satisfied with the taste.
Step 10:
Add the herbs and stir. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and serve.
Cooking tips
Try to cut all ingredients into cubes of approximately the same size. You can use cooked sausage instead of chicken. If you want to add radishes, reduce the amount of cucumbers proportionally.
