If you don't like kvass and kefir in okroshka for their tanginess or acidity, try this version: okroshka with sausage, made with water, mayonnaise, and vinegar. It's no less delicious and more delicate, and you can adjust the tartness yourself by adding more or less vinegar.

Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Boil the eggs and potatoes.
Step 2:
Finely chop the radish, sausage, eggs, cucumbers, boiled potatoes, chop the green onions and dill.
Step 3:
Place the chopped ingredients in a three-liter saucepan.
Step 4:
Add mayonnaise, salt, pour in cold water and vinegar and stir.
Cooking tips
If you are concerned that the mayonnaise will not dissolve well, stir it before pouring in the water.
It is better to cool okroshka before serving or use very cold water.
