Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the zucchini into a bowl on a fine grater, add salt, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2:
Finely chop the dill and grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Squeeze the juice out of the zucchini and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 4:
Add cottage cheese, two eggs, flour and a little salt to the zucchini.
Step 5:
Add chopped garlic and dill and mix thoroughly.
Step 6:
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, drop in a tablespoon of dough and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 7:
Place the finished pancakes on paper towels.
Cooking tips
Before frying the pancakes, taste the dough for salt.
The finished pancakes should be golden brown. If necessary, fry them additionally on both sides.
