Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Step 2:
Finely dice the onion and chop the herbs.
Step 3:
Finely chop a couple of cabbage leaves.
Step 4:
Place vegetables in a bowl, add pepper, spices, turmeric, soy isolate, olive oil and mix well.
Step 5:
Add flour and water, mix.
Step 6:
Heat a frying pan, spoon in the batter and fry the pancakes on both sides, first over medium heat, then over low heat.
Cooking tips
Instead of soy isolate, you can use pea, lentil or soy flour.
To prevent pancakes from sticking, use a non-stick frying pan.
Do not press the pancakes into the frying pan, form them directly on a spoon.
