Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Melt the margarine and pour it into a bowl while hot.
Step 2:
Add sugar to the bowl with margarine and stir with a whisk until the sugar dissolves in the margarine.
Step 3:
Let the mixture of margarine and sugar cool and add sour cream to it.
Step 4:
Stir the mixture and add eggs, salt, baking powder and flour.

While kneading the dough, add raisins.

Cooking tips
If your baking dish is not wide, but rather tall, then reduce the temperature to 170-180 degrees and bake longer, checking for readiness with a toothpick or knife.
You can use not only raisins but also jam as a filling, pouring it in the middle of the pie and covering it with half of the dough.
