Step-by-step recipe
Step 1:
Place flour in a bowl, add water and stir.
Step 2:
Place sugar in a clean bowl, add vinegar and stir until dissolved.

Step 4:
Stir the sauce, pour into a saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat and simmer for about a minute.
